Banana Bundt Cake from RAJ

• 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder
  
• 1/2 cup shortening 1 teaspoon baking soda
  
• 2 eggs 1 teaspoon salt
  
• 2/3 cup sour milk (can be 1 tblspn white vinegar with regular milk to make 2/3 cup)
• 4 soft brown mashed bananas 2 cups flour

Cream sugar, shortening, and egg. Then add all ingredients. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until done.

**Note to self - be sure that it is DONE. Toothpick doesn't always work. Sorry Chris!
