Bread Flour
Do you use it?Do you buy generic of Gold Medal?
My store stopped carrying generic so I bought the Gold Medal brand this week.
Have to have me some bread flour.

Mom always used Gold Medal. She gave me her old Gold Medal cookbook as proof. We buy the enormous bags of flour at Sam's club....their brand. I recently bought a bad of Gold Medal whole wheat to suppliment the white flour in bread.
