Calzones - which dough is the best?
I used a pizza/calzone dough recipe that I had written down on a scratch sheet of paper. I thought it was the one that Bret was in love with from the last time. Not so much. He gave it a 4. BUT Jasmine gave it a 10 and Alex gave it an 11.4 teaspoons yeast 2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 cups warm water 2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons olive oil 4 cups flour
